Emergency support with priority response is included in Standard and Premium plans.
WordPress typically releases major updates 2–3 times per year and minor security updates more frequently. Most plugins release updates weekly. An unmanaged WordPress site can have 30–50 pending updates within a few months — each one a potential security vulnerability. Our AMC applies all updates safely, with testing, on a monthly schedule.
If you are on a Standard or Premium AMC plan, we respond within 2 hours. We will restore your site from backup, remove malware, identify the entry point, patch the vulnerability and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Malware removal is included in all AMC plans at no additional charge.
Yes. We can take over maintenance for any WordPress website built by any developer. We will conduct a full audit first, identify and fix any immediate issues, and then put the site on your chosen AMC plan. The first month may include additional one-time setup and remediation work.
Our plans are month-to-month — no lock-in contract. We earn your renewal through service quality, not contractual obligation. Annual prepayment is available at a 15% discount for clients who prefer annual billing.
We will ask for a WordPress administrator account (we recommend creating a dedicated role for us), cPanel or hosting panel access, and any domain registrar login. All credentials are stored securely in an encrypted vault and never shared outside our maintenance team.
